In keeping with the procedure for making amendments described in our current ByLaws, we are publishing our existing Bylaws and the proposed changes here. The proposed changes were developed by an ad hoc committee in 2020, and were discussed at length at the monthly reps meetings in 2021. We will vote on whether to adopt the revised bylaws at the August 2022 reps meeting.
